Classes are open to the first 12 guests and typically 2 hours long. The subject matter for all classes focuses on the basics of classic cocktails, bitters and the techniques and history that brought modern mixology to where it is today. There will be an emphasis on the concept of Amaro and the base of our cocktail program. This would be a lecture-style experience with guests learning from an instructor who is working behind the bar.
